You're missing my point. (I love F1 by the way) I'm not forced to watch TV. But if I own a TV, I am forced to prove that I do not recieve broadcasts on it. That is a ridiculous concept in this day and age. Threats of £1000 fines, court appearence etc? Give me strength. I don't like being threatened for not buying a service. You're last sentence doesn't make sense as I'm objecting to the fact that I have to pay one company, for their services, even if I don't use them. I have no objection to what the BBC shows. Not come across it, but many fms database have different names, especially if the school has a childrens centre attached.

Why should i have to disconnect my TV? I use it for watching DVDs and playing XBOX and if you don't pay your license you get harassed by the licensing gestapo. Buy a new TV or reciever? Have to fill in a form with your address so they can check that you have a license. Scumbags.

But I rarely watch it and I certainly don't care for any of their radio stations. It should be a scambled signal. If you want it, you pay a subscription. I don't want it, but still have to pay for it. It's theft.
