  1. *Pot Shot Bounces off Helmet* sounds like a fantastic name for an album
  2. Well, I'm in my 30's with a somewhat gorgeous 1 year old daughter and on the south coast, admittedly though due to a reasonable stroke of luck on the lottery I bought my house 8 years ago (at a time when they were nicely priced), so I dont have any mortgage overhead which helps, to be honest I dont really have many outgoings and what little outgoings I do have are covered by my remaining bank balance. I tend to use my wages as an "operating" fund for the month and any leftovers go join my existing balance
  3. OOO-ER !!!
  4. 34 , yay !! I still fit in the 25-34 zone which makes me seem younger than I am
  5. 14, easy Young enough to not have any worries in life, but old enough to enjoy the hedonistic benefits of life By the way, if you seek a birthday kiss, my cage is down in Corridor 4, Room 2B I have party poppers ! At least thats what I call them

    Sky & Virgin

1000mb download speed is crazy insane ! Makes our 10mb look like an atari console Worse still is that we pay like £10,000 a year for our 10mb and you only pay £4k for the 1000mb Just think of all the lovely stuff I could download with that kind of speed !! *goes to download a pdf on Cage escape procedures*

    Sky & Virgin

Loving that news about the 10mb upgrade !! fantastic As for Sky v Virgin, I'm on Sky at the moment, and I really dont care if these 2 entities clash. As long as I can watch 24, Jericho (fantastic program, I actually think its better than 24 imo ), Heroes, and most importantly of all, all the scrummy live football, I'm happy
  8. Havent had any troubles with that either here, or on my vista at home. Then again, theregister is hardly known for their accurate and well researched reporting
  9. Indeed, I have tried to put myself on frappr, but it cant find "Cage" when I do a search

  11. Ah yeah, we had the exact same thing here, they would go to the personalised section and add in game widgets and sit and play those. We just added *.google.co.uk/ig* and *.google.co.uk/ig?hl=en to our ISA server blocklist and that blocked it. This of course then resulted in the kids going to google.de and google.nz and every other countries google pages so that they could go to the games section. So we blocked all the different localisations of google too We no longer have a problem with it
  12. You lucky bugger , he has another UK tour later this year so I am hoping to pickup some tickets to go see him. Have all his stuff on DVD though, hilarious comedian, superb improv skills and his interaction with the audience is second to none
  13. I would have to say, not funny...utterly not funny. Monty Python = Hilarious Ross Noble = Best stage comedian at the moment (in my opinion ) A bit of Fry and Laurie = comedy classic Russell Brand = Nothing funny about behaving like a 10 year old in the playground and saying various rude conotated words like titty and willy
  14. If the kids at our place put as much effort into their work as they did trying to find valid proxy sites to bypass our filters, they would get decent grades.
  15. Too true, now if only the little sods would get that through their heads
  16. Is it holding their wallpapers? Or is it reverting to the blank wallpaper when they log in, and they are changing it to their stupid wallpapers for that session?
  17. All I have is 3 client PCs for gaming running Vista and a server which is for nothing other than hosting games with. My work stops the moment my work day ends, at home I absolutely refuse to spend any time doing work stuff, its all gaming
  18. In our case, because we already use an ISA server for internet management and filtering, so why use another application as well when we can do it with the ISA server we already have

    how !!!

I put it down to poor education, lack of decent upbringing and the sorry state of modern youth
  20. We use the Liberum helpdesk software as a place where staff can fault report. Its pretty good, and after alot of early unwillingness to use, the staff have now finally begun to understand that the fastest way to get things resolved is to use it to report faults/requests. Having said that, we still have a few members of staff who blatantly refuse to use it (usually saying they dont know how, despite a total of 4 memos having now been mass sent out with step by step instructions). Those staff members either stop us in the corridor, write something on a piece of paper in our pigeonholes, or worst of all simply dont bother to report anything at all. Which is mildly annoying when someone says "yeah.. hasnt worked for weeks and weeks". Sadly my psychic abilities to detect issues without anyone raising that there is an issue in the first place is not as powerful as it once was
  21. As with a few people above, we do it all ourselves, including all the peripheries (cabling, trunking, network points, power points etc)
  22. Can I take the boots with me?
  23. Got to admit though, the nazi uniform is pretty snazzy looking, just look at these boots ! Mmmmmm .....boots........
