To be fair, There is many things I haven't heard of what our government has done in the past. Probably same for you. -
Mobile app or Mobile optimised website?
hardtailstar replied to hardtailstar's topic in General Chat
Nah, I hate that from websites. Its a very specific website so wont need locations -
We use Spiceworks with a dedicated email that goes to the helpdesk that all staff/students have to email. Then we pick up the tickets or assign them.

ive had an idea. But before i go ahead with it. Is an App better than a mobile optimised website? The website is just going to be text and links so an app seems a bit over the top So nothing fancy. TIA

So after using my 10 year old cheap office chair whilst working from home, I am now wanting to buy a new one. It'll be used for working from home and gaming so will need to be comfortable and have support. My budget is around £2-300. Suggestions please.

Doubt it. Everything is urgent or to be done yesterday with us in IT but teachers can frolick about getting their exercise during the day or whatever. Held my tongue on many occasions. -

This time has completely shot my mental health. -
We now have the issue that work is being submitted but the teachers cant see it! So obviously something going on.

Silly question, Are they logged into their own account? we have had quite a few report this and it turned out they were logged in as the parent. We are seeing staff get multiple notifications for stuff within SMHW.
-
It saves them time having individually asking each user to be able to use their content lol

I never usually have issues with virgin apart from the support is a bunch of script readers which is irritating.
-
23:17 internet down.
-
Thats only mobile but they use Vodafone now I think.
-
Ive only had the issue this evening which annoyingly is when I have actually needed the internet. Still strange that I couldn't send a text each time Virgin went down, might just be a cowinky dink but i'll wait and see at 22:17 haha
-
Weird thing is EE went at same time as Virgin the last two times internet has problems
-
21:17 it went down for me
-
