If the switch port you have plugged it in to supplies poe then yes, not all ports on all poe switches deliver power. Then when you plug in a poe compatible device it will negotiate with the switch to get power. Ben

@DCUK6 quite an old article now but still has merit, yes the fingerprint is calculated in to a hash and that is what is stored as a method of convenience it's good but there should always be an alternative i.e swipe card, pin number or barcode etc... You have to have consent and in this case it wasn't given so they shouldn't have tried to force her. Ben -
