I'm 100% sure that Shaun knows exactly where the option is within the board software however as has been repeated several times it's not being considered for the current implementation due to the excessive amount of spam that is already being dealt with and that's the end of it. The multipoint devices themselves are not going to see that device if you plug it in to them, if you plug it in to the host and share the scanner that may works but unlikely to be honest. A network attached scanner with scan to email would solve the issue. Ben

If the c:\windows\csc folder is empty as a result of disabling offline files then they're gone and you will spend far too much time trying to recover them with no guarantee of success, if the csc folder still has files in it you may have luck with a copy csccmd but you need I think it's 1.1 or 1.2 to extract the contents of the csc cache.
