You will need to install and configure a password filter but I can't find any at the moment that are free and support 2012. Ben

To prevent that you can either use code tags or if you hit "go advanced" you can disable smileys in your text. Ben -

You can only manage them if you have a 3com wireless switch that is the controller, if they are currently in FAT mode and not FIT then it's unlikely you have a controller. Ben
