    hi. I have a surface tablet with "Couldn't find bootable operating system." error message. I've tried downloading several system restore and recovery images but so far none have worked. Any suggestions?

    hi the company who now supports our IT in school wants to blitz our existing ipads and use Jamf to manage them. All well and good except we have copies of a very expensive app installed and apparently there is a problem because the app is associated with an apple ID and jamf doesn't support Apple ID's. Has anyone else come across this and is there a fix?? I am in contact with the developers of the app but don't hold out much hope that they will be able to help. TIA Christine

    hi I've sadly got a lovely Dell Latitude 3520 laptop with a smashed hinge, it needs a replacement lid, the captive nuts have sheered and I can't glue them back in. I've hunted all over the internet and can't find a suitable Dell for spares anywhere. Has anyone on here got a Dell Latitude 3520 with a good lid, don't care if it works or not just need the lid. thanks in anticipation. Christine

    hi I'm reluctant to throw away a HannsG HT231 touch screen monitor which has had the glass smashed. I'm well used to fixing things and the smashed screen is fully removed but I can't track down a replacement. Any suggestions? Alternatively would anyone like a working screen with no frame.....!!

    hi we have also bought a new little HP Stream 11 and want to add it to our domain. However the supplied OS Windows 8.1 with Bing doesn't allow this. I can't use the "add features..." as the previous poster said. I have tried using a windows 8.1 pro disk but that doesn't work either. Any thoughts? is it due to a hardware constraint that I can't upgrade this to full windows 8.1 pro?

    hi has anyone else come across this? we have bought Airserver and are using iPads extensively. Some of our staff are complaining that when they connect their iPad through Airserver and show a keynote file or a powerpoint slide show, the image "shrinks" and the screen cannot be easily read. Has anyone come across this and if so how did you fix it? This happens randomly on different pc's. They are all windows 7 64 bit with various different graphics cards. thanks Christine

    hi I am in the same position, the head of music wants the full version of garage band and is willing to pay but it just doesn't seem to be possible. How mad is that?
