I've just realised that like the Ranger, ABTutor will only work when done manually, which will rely on someone enabling and disabling it every day, which won't work, as I'm never in the same place twice at the moment... I'll get there... Thanks all

The time slots available are too restrictive though, they're set to hourly blocks, rather than custom time - I'd like to set it for 1315-1415, but to cover that I'd need to do 1300-1400 or 1300-1500 either way would interfere with lessons... I'll probably have to leave it for now or implement another filter...

Hiya Yes, the pupils are allowed to use the internet in some rooms, but we're having trouble with teachers allowing them pretty much unsupervised access despite frequent instructions to the contrary... We've got Ranger in the IT Suites, but not the room in question, and it seems a lot of expense for something ISA should really be capable of...

Machines, so all users on machines in set rooms/OUs are unable to access the internet.

Windows 2008 Domain ISA Server 2006 running on Server 20003 XP Workstations I'm looking to block the internet access based on OUs at set times - mainly lunch, I know the internet can be blocked at set times easily using ISA Server, but can't find a way of doing it for specific times, e.g. our lunch time is 1315-1415 I'd rather use ISA if anyone can suggest away around its rather restrictive hourly slots... Keen to hear any/all suggestions

The area for the Statement in Support could do with formatting so it doesn't expand if too much text is entered - which is limited, but you can still enter blank lines to space it out, which can cause issues.... If you right click on the frame - format frame - Height (was At Least) set to Exactly Untick "Move with text" Edit: I should have said, I was using Word 2007

I'd always go with a Nokia, I've been using the E71 since December, and love it... I looked at the N97 as a replacement, but not keen on touch screens, so going to go with the E72 when it's released... Awesome phone, great with email, syncs with Exchange etc. and the E72 will have a 5Meg cam, as opposed to the E71 which only has 3...

Just to throw my opinion in to the mix... She's not as bad as some, at least her tracks are kinda varied... and her voice is bearable... But as for her being talented? How many kids in our schools have got amazing voices but are likely to go unnoticed? The software that comes with it is rather simple, yet effective too... Lets you name the bits and bobs as you record them, then loads them into iTunes for you... I set the iTunes library to a network share and then mapped that for the MFL Staff and as soon as it's ripped from cassette it's there and available for use in their own drive just for the audio...

That's what I got for our MFL Dept. and they swear by it...

I've been approached and may soon be faced with a similar decision... I currently have a nice 10 minute drive to work, and the alternative would be a 45 minute drive mostly on back-roads... But for that much extra, it'll certainly be worth it, so I wouldn't hesitate in accepting...

I would have said a couple that have already been mentioned, so I'll say my Leatherman Charge with bit-pack & driver extender... Never needed anything else since I got it... Not cheap, but worth every penny!

It's the theme tunes that get me reminiscing properly... I'm sad enough to have collected them all on various theme compilations over the years, and there aren't many that have been mentioned here that I've not got the theme to! I'm 29, and some of my favourites are: He-Man Thundercats Superted Dungeons & Dragons Ulyses 31 Dogtanian Gummi Bears I use the themes as ring tones for various people, and have quite a few on DVD too... Not at all embarrassed either - they're all classics, they really don't make them like that any more... No one's mentioned the endings of them though - there had to be a moral to the story in those days, so it was always SO cheesy at the end when they were all stood around chatting (or sat around the table in the case of Thundercats) about what had happened, then ended the episode with everyone laughing... Oh the memories!

My home PC's coming up on 2.5 years old so will need replacing in the not too distant future... I wonder whether they'll make your bespoke system available to other members
