Courgettes are evil no one likes Courgettes they're just bourgeois Marrows
-
Great now if anyone brings anything remotely similar to the table it'll be utterly destroyed - Brilliant. Looks like a lovely bit of kit but Apple's anti-competitive behaviour worries me.

King size Mars bar? (shame they don't do them anymore then duos are just too small)

I made a bit of a faux pas in the supermarket once. I was packing the shopping and put the cucumber in the bag which then promptly went straight through the side and said to the checkout girl "cucumbers are a pain in the arse" I then realised what i'd said LOL

It always used to be rebadged Asus stuff but i've not seen any in a good few years. Norfolk County Council are still using them in schools (I think)

There's often jobs like the falconers that fly them over Wimbledon during the tennis to keep the Pigeons out of the way too. If you're near Stonham you're not a million miles away from Pensthorpe. Make a day out in August to come up here, they have a Medieval experience over a few days with jousting etc they whole reserve gets turned into a huge Medieval village and (getting to the point) they have lots of hunting birds there. The guys that own them are really friendly and i'd expect you could get some fantastic advice and experience as well as enjoy an epic day out. We go every year as we have season tickets so it's free but it really is worth a visit. There's often a chap there with a tame Raven too brilliant stuff, plus if you get into it there's all the re-enactment stuff you can get involved with too like this. Got a bit of a treat last night heard lots of twitting outside and there was a family of what I presume were fledgling Tawny Owls sitting on next doors chimney then the parents came in there were about 4/5 of them in total making an epic noise. We have a barn owl we see from the living room window and often see Buzzards and Marsh Harriers too. In fact before we broke up for half term I was watching 2 Buzzards circle the field opposite my office. Just up the road there are Montague Harriers and Red Kites too. Last year we even had a White Tailed Sea Eagle go over, absolutely stunning!! I don't do any bird handling myself but it's something i've always fancied a crack at and the wife loves it too, once the kids are a bit older it's certainly something we'd all like to get involved with as suggested might volunteer at Sculthorpe Moor (just up the road from Pensthorpe). Keep us updated on how you're getting on, i'd be very interested to hear.

Mine is A too, mind you I already suspected as much given the crime report for our area usually reads something like: A spade was stolen from an allotment shed, it was later returned LOL

Makes you wonder exactly what product testing MS do (ie none) -
Well done, welcome to the joys of the moneypit

Why are you saying that, brand snobbery? They both sell a large range of products same as Tesco, or is their fruit and veg somehow different? In fact Lidl/Aldi don't sell as many bargain basement ready meals for ludicrous money like the big boys do, for example a Lasagne for 80p.

How does that stop them getting your password when they compromise the database containing the customer data though? I've used Roboform for years because it does password management along with filling forms etc too, brilliant bit of kit

You only need one for IT in schools, I'd it has a plug, it's yours :-D

Yeah we had this 2 years ago, very dodgy company, we never paid it and told them to do one, never heard from them again. Avoid like the plague!! -
Got to agree I do love the kyocera stuff, not had a bad one yet so so cheap to run too.

Isn't that what The A Team had in their van -
Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha What a bunch of cowboys, it was only a matter of time till this happened. Bet their big business customers were really chuffed to have their £80k+ creative types unable to work unless they had copies of CS6 to hand of course. Cloud software has it's place (and that place is far away from me LOL!!) but to run something as complex as Adobe software well.... It's bad enough when the wife is working on multi-gigabyte PSD files can't imagine getting them into the cloud in the first place

Pmsl I've built several of them and never had a problem, maybe he wasn't following the instructions properly

I had bad experiences with the TDI Ford engine, the early focuses used a modified Endura engine both my (brand new) Focuses had major issues like screaming turbo chargers after 15,000 miles and one needed a new short engine at 69,000 both were serviced properly. I had another one with the TDCI engine and was much much better never broke down once I put 140k on that from new

The older HDi French lumps are pretty indestructible too

Control Alt F12 if I remember correctly -
Tough one that, you could partition the SSD drives to an OS and data partition if nothing else. This is going to be one of those situations where there's no correct answer
-
I'd keep the OS and database separate if it were me. We had our server specced with 5xSSD's and did the same split

We had this before where students had managed to find a way into the graphics menu via some hotkeys that weren't disabled, at the login screen all looked fine but as soon as you logged in the colours all went mental as they'd modified the theme. Could try looking in that direction?
