I have it from a well respected source that the 3200 has been discontinued so unless its at a giveaway price id think very carefully about getting it, having said that its a very capable camera it's just the 3300 is more so and the Nikon kit lenses are very capable lenses. make sure its the mk 2 lens as they made some good improvements to the lens

I know what you mean about the feeling in the hand I loved that and the fact that it was built like a tank. I looked into the sony's A7 when I was deciding what to do but the lenses are Hugh and heavy and that was one of the deciding factors for me as I wanted something smaller and lighter. Full frame doesn't bother me anymore I use to think it was the be all and end all in image quality but to be honest I've seen prints at A1 + from both an A7 and the Xt-1 and would be really pushed to tell them apart, maybe the Fuji image is more "vivid" and the Sony might take the lead at pixel level if your cropping the image heavily but that's the benefit of a 24 or 36 mp sensor v 16mp sensor in the Fuji, looking at both images (same settings side by side iso,speed,fstop) I don't think many people will notice anything different when viewed from an appropriate distance. the Fuji x series are a mile away from the Fuji bridge cameras ( ive still got a year 2k ish Fuji s3000 somewhere a monsters 3.2mp fantastic in its day but very slow now still capable of capturing nice images using that silly long zoom)

I did but when you facto in the weight of a 24-70 L or other high end canon lens any weight and space saving is lost for comparison look up canon 24-70 mk1 950 g pics and Fuji xf 18-55 310g the evf is very good on the Fuji im not going to claim its as good as an ovf but it is bloody good and they have some fantastic glass I'm currently loving my 10-24 lens its easily as good as my old canon 17-40L and soo much lighter

at the beginning of the year I ditched all my cannon kit including some nice l glass and moved the whole lot over to a Fuji xt-1 and xf lenses. why? well it was just too bulky I have twins aged 3 1/2 and on a day out all there kit + my camera kit was just too much. the Fuji is a quarter of the cannons weight, smaller has an improved sensor and is capable of reproducing some stunning images. the main thing is the weight it means that ill pick up my camera when we go out rather that leaving it at home. and it handles like my old film slr

did you test a known good working cable run and channel ? just to see what you should have been getting

please stop! If you haven't already your going to destroy your new speakers. take the whole lot to someone who knows what they are doing you need the crossovers and tweeters fitting to sound as designed , as the speakers are not full range and you are going to kill them going on as you are. did you test the cables? and the head unit and what was the outcome ?

yes you can test this you need a multi-meter cuick and dirty test remove head unit put to one side with milti meter set to check continuity check each of the feeds from the head unit loom for that speaker wire run if your really lasy you can just join the two speaker wires together in a bit of danger block and do all the testing from the head unit end this will tell you if you have a break in the cable it you do then disconnect the cable and test each cable in turn to figure out which if all is good then id suspect head unit

is the amp still in now? looking at that diagram I would guess at a stuffed head unit due to being driven to hard. the audio places know what it costs per hour to them and if they turned round and said its 12 hours work to strip and install this cabling properly at X per hour people would laugh at them and then it could still be your head unit but we could check that for you it will take 3 hours to remove test and refit due to panels that have to come off at X pounds per hour what would you say? Try Asking them if you remove the head unit and bring it to them could they test the outputs on it for you ? a basic sub setup with subs in a free standing box use to take me the best part of a weekend to wire in properly removing trim/pannels clamping cables down soldering and testing all joints . and that was without fitting sound deadening to the car

Stop cutting and get out the multi meter to check out the cables if you don't have one go pester the tech/science department for a loan of one over the weekend

please don't take offence at this but its like troubleshooting a problem at school: 1. this wont work ok try this 2. I have but its not working hmmm that should work... and all I did was cut this and replace that and.and.and... rest of story .... if you have already altered the wiring once to fit your sub then there is a high possibility that you might have done some damage to the head unit im going to guess that you just added in two wires and took them direct to the high level inputs on the amp ? or was it a convertor ? a photo or diagram would really help

just a quick one before you jump into rewiring the rear speaker you have checked the fader on the head unit ? and did it work before you disconnected the old speaker? if it did then it's probably something local to the area around the speaker location.
