I was going to suggest a consultant but it aint cheap, infact I used to work in oil and gas. The guy we used back then costs £800 per visit.

Without seeing the print server itself, I can only wish you luck with it. We migrated to server 2019 last month. I deploy printers using GP and it went ok. We have a mixture of V3 and V4 drivers -
Apple support is not that great on old devices, the business strategy is to make you buy new product. Expect no help from Apple support
