The 990 USFFs are the same cases as the 790/7010's too. They are nice, quite small but they are nice. The price suddenly jumps up when you want to get the monitor stand that can accomodate them. I prefer the DT cases myself. They just look better since they are a normal size.

This confirms it. Apple are evil. We kicked up a fuss when Microsoft tried to bundle a web browser into the OS. We didn't with apple becuase they were so shiny. Now they are putting radioactive material into the devices becuase they just know they will get away with it due to all the apple fanboys out there.

You can do all of this using imagex and winPE which are free tools and builtin from microsoft.. Prepare the image, inject the driver files, sysprep (or whatever the quivalent now is) it, deploy and sit back with a coffee. i got all the notes somewhere if you decide to do this

Fair sure that this could actually be done as someones A level project

When I was doing my A Levels we done pascal and VB Both were ran inside a virtual machine with vanilla XP installed with just administrator. every logon reset the VHDs so there was never an issue apart from saving work and taking it in and out of the virtual machine.

I've always found con2prt fine with drivers, the only issue has ever been getting a box up to install the driver.. from what I've gathered it queries the computer hosting the shared printer and literally, just pulls the driver.. Even worked yesterday sharing a photocopier from server2008 64bit to a win 7 32bit client, just had to add the 32 bit drivers on the server

Try con2prt.exe, works on both xp and 7.. very easy to understand switches too

There is a hotfix floating around somewhere for the cable drivers... If i can find it I will post it here Have only seen this issue on Win7 machines, the hotfix has resolved the issue for me many times
