Afternoon all, We are looking to do 802.11x using radius/nps provided by Azure, as thats where our student reside. I believe we need AADS, but I can't find a UK option? Has anyone done this and can provide a few pointers? We have on-prem AD, where our staff are homed, and all students are in O365, hybrid setup, so both staff and students are available in the cloud for auth, just need RADIUS or LDAP or something that gives a yes or no answer!! MS aren't making it easy. Thanks James

Ohhhh K...Watchmen. What the hell did I just watch? I remember reading the graphic novel back in the late 80's, early 90's but don't remember the content too well, I watched the film and remember a big blue "bulge", but talk about chucking you in at the deep end. Even with a little background info, I was a bit lost. I don't remember a HEAVY white supremacist lean at all or an HR panda! Don't get me wrong, enjoyed it, but hope it makes some sense at some point.

The Rookie. I've had it downloaded since season 1, as I enjoy a bit of Fillion action, but never got round to watching it. Got the notification for S2, so thought I'd give it a go, and OMG, I am enjoying the crap out of it. Not a laugh a minute, but really good police procedural with some smiles and some real drama.

Morning all, Longshot, but has anyone tried to use a NAC like packetfence alongside unifi AP's to provide a unified captive portal access solution? Ie, one SSID, and depending on who logs in, AD for staff, SQL integration for Students, it then authorises and dumps them in the right VLAN for their access? I can see it gives basic instructions for Unifi, but it doesn't work. Unifi captive portal settings send you to the https:///guest/s...etc, but PF doesn't recognise this . Thanks James

Ok an update, RM have come back with: We have got the confirmation that the SA package comes with new version rights, office online server, MDOP, VDA and home use program. However it does not include the 24x7 Problem Resolution Support. Oh well, I have asked if this is possible to add after the fact, but not holding my breath.

Thanks Andy, not just me then. I have just rang MS and they tell me all we have as an SA benefit is the Home Use Program!! I was under the impression we got all the benefits of SA according to what we licence. Even checked the invoice, SA marked everywhere. Could feel myself getting a bit shirty and may have hung up on "Alexander"... I am now contacting RM and see what they say. Most MS literature says all SA benefits, not some

Afternoon all, While wandering around the VLSC, I noticed we don't have any listing under "24x7 Problem Resolution Support" in the Software Assurance section. Considering we licence SQL, Exchange, Server with SA, plus the Enterprise Desktop shouldn't we have an entry in this section? or any reason why not? or should I be starting the horror of MS On-hold? Morning all, I have been tasked with looking at 3d printers for the purpose of building skeletons, mostly small animal. With ready made anatomical models on the market for £1k plus, and we need quite a lot for teaching, the idea of making our own has been bandied about. I have been looking at the market, and can see that the Original Prusa is top of a lot of lists for general use. Anyone got one or know of it? It seems to be a good price against the Ultimaker and Makerbots of the world, and the ready assembled version is around the £800 mark. Obviously we would also need to find source files or a way to make our own, but sorting hardware out first to see if the cost is feasible. Thanks James

Year of the Rabbit, good fun and bonus footage of his truncheon being made: that made me watch it really, saw the one day build, watched the series. Then I watched NightFlyer on Netflix...oh my god what a predictable paint by numbers sci-fi crap fest that was, still watched it all to see what happens at the end, wish I hadn't really.

Fleabag, finally gave into the hype and watched the first season, enjoyed the hell out of it!

Afternoon all, Just finished a mammoth setup of AOVPN, and have everything in place with user certificates deploying and a working template. The only problem is that the generated script on the template PC, once added to a package on the SCCM server, does not work when deployed, but does when ran manually. Does anyone else use AOVPN deployed by SCCM? I am trying to send to normal users, non-admin, package deploys, says succeeded but nothing actually shows up on the PC. Really can't believe they have made it this hard to deploy! Even the generated PS script can only be run on a user who has admin rights, not a normal user. Yes, MS, I give all my user admin rights on their computers.... There must be a way to easily deploy this! I thought, great we do have SCCM, so we are sorted, boy was I wrong! Any input appreciated Thanks James
