  3. Good morning, I think this question gets asked a fair bit, but as far as I can see it has not been asked for over a year. Just wondering what your IT staffing levels are at your Trust. So, we have 13 schools, 5 secondary schools, and 8 primary and central teams. We have 10 IT staff in total, including the central IT manager. How are your Trusts setup? Thanks

  13. Hi Ant, did you ever find the answer to this problem? we have the exact same setup and the same issues. We have an additional problem that this library folder also creates 1000's of open files per user on the fileserver and it grinds the (Mac only) VLAN to a standstill and no one can use a Mac on the network untill we reboot the file server.   14. Hi has anyone had any experience with Kyocera or Xerox? we are looking to choose between the two, Kyocera are cheaper but I feel Xerox might me more reliable. For Kyocera we are looking at, MFD's : TASKalfa 2551ci, 3551ci , 4551ci Desktops : FS-2100DN (mono), not sure of the colour model For Xerox its : MFD's : WorkCentre 7835V, D95, 7970V Desktops : Xerox 6600, 6700, 3610 Any feedback would be apriciated, thanks.

  16. Hi wonder if anyone could help. When i installed HAP i used my own username AD username, its listed in the hapconfig file. I had to change that password and now its broken HAP, this is what i get..... [DirectoryServicesCOMException (0x8007052e): The user name or password is incorrect.] Unfortunately I can't change the password back, is there a way of changing the password, or better still changing the user to dedicated one? its encrypted in the hapconfig file. I saw a this post, but in the web.config file this is what i see.. If i delete the authorization i still get an error when opening the setup.aspx file. Im on Ver 10. Thanks in advance

Hi does any one know its its possible to map a drive with HAP which is shared from a mac? it is a SMB share but the drive is formatted Mac OS extended (journaled) it maps well internally on the windows computers, but when accessed through HAP the share wont open. The other window based shares are ok on HAP. Hope this makes sense. Thanks

  21. Hi im new to HAP this install is my first attempt, i wonder if anyone can help me with a problem im having. The install has worked very well, I can log on, browse and download files in the shares i setup using My Files (ie Home directory). The problem i'm having is when i try and upload a file. I get the upload dialog box, i can browse to the file but when click upload i get the upload progress bar in the bottom right but nothing happens. I have tried it internally to rule out any problems on the firewall. Using ISS 8, server 2012. Thanks in advance Mike.
