We have google apps for the school but you can still do this with an individual google account. In your chosen account go to the calendar. Get to the settings page and on the calendar details tab there is the option to Embed this calendar. You may have to play around with different options till you get the look right. Copy the code that is produced. I found that the easiest way to get this to xibo was to create an html page on my intranet and paste the copied code. Then insert that page into a layout in Xibo. You will have to make the calendar public. I could not work out any way to get it to log on automatically. Hopefully you get the idea Regards Ian

Re use this this thread as it looks like thay have rehashed it and now launched the release of the Chrome MSI. Quote "We’ve created an MSI installer that enables businesses who use standard deployment tools to install Chrome for all their managed users. We’ve also added support for managed group policy with a list of policies and a set of templates that allow administrators to easily customize browser settings to manage security and privacy" Official Google Enterprise Blog: Chrome is Ready for Business

Google is expected to send out 60,000 of its Chrome OS powered netbooks to members of its pilot program, an initiative that was unveiled at Google’s Chrome event yesterday. It takes about 5 mins to fill out the form and then sit back and wait for the post to arrive. I am sure I won't get one but maybe if you are more inventive with your "in not more than 140 characters tell us why you would be a good tester" Here is the link for the application Home - Chrome OS

A bit late in replying but I have applied that latest patch and it seems to work better now. The problem I have is that during the time when we had the problem. I logged the user on as a testuser. and now that setting has been remembered she is still going through smoothwall as the test user. where is this stored on the pc so I can remove it and get her back to using her own. -
While I was trying to do the same I came across this site from the BBC But I have not got a clue how to use the code.
