Yep, all teachers and HLTAs get one. Every class has a fixed PC as well. Staff use them extensively for working and planning at home and connect to our VPN to access resources at home. There's no plan to change this as it works well.

Ok so it sounds like the URL that you supplied for the NLS is not reachable. Are you using the DA server as the NLA as well or a separate web server on your network?

The only different one that I have seen is a 0 code, which isn't a standard code. I've seen it when trying to access an https site via IP via a transparent proxy and there's something up with the header info (missing SNI header or something I forget) and need to add the site to the bypass category. Quite niche really

Direct Access is great if you have access to Enterprise versions of Windows (and server 2012 where setup is a lot easier than 2008), failing this some flavour of VPN would be a good idea. Or HAP+ perhaps. Personally I have never got on well with offline files but some people swear by it so if you can get it working for you then this is also a good option.

Unfortunately, for me, set anything against Sabotage by the Beastie Boys and it looks awesome. :/
