Engineers are great always. We are still moving away from them to Canon direct, take from that what you will.

I have installed v2 on all the windows machines that v1 is on, and whenever I look at active machines, I can see dozens on V1 but only a few on V2, so I am not confident it is working, so am not turning v1 off anytime soon.

We have been using them for 1:1 Surface Go/Pro devices for last couple of years and would recommend them. Customer service is good (repairs can sometimes take a little longer than they should but things always get resolved).

We also had this and put it down to the issues they were having. It sorted itself out for my user after a few days.

We have been having nightmares here too. Very bad service, sorry but your service is down if people paying for it can't access it. Can't wait to move to another system.

We had one on trial and it worked fine and is very cute. I did not expect it to, but it actually freaked the other students in the room out.

Sophos (we use that for for end-point) for non-shared and Jamf for shared iPads. Both do a good job in my opinion.

Any fixes you can share with us plz?

Our PC issues are solved by enabling pop-ups. I still have issues on Chromebooks where it sits on the loading splash screen and does not pop up any login windows (despite pop-ups being allowed). This happens on school and direct internet connections so I know it is now to do with our filters. After some playing, it seems it is not working on older Chromebooks (OS v77) but it is on newer ones (OS v109).

Impero - options for replacement
Fox replied to amathieson's topic in Network and Classroom Management
I am also considering Impero replacements because it is unreliable for many things and always has been, but it does for now. Mav, I am a bit concerned that you say Senso is not a 'moral' choice and I don't understand why you can't tell us why. Assuming your comment is based on facts. Surely you can not be told off for stating facts? -
Webcams seem like the most sensible proposal, improve your users day to day lives and as they will be communicating with parents sometimes on camera, it looks more professional. The rest seems very low priority imho.
