Hi Hal, Yes, we have this issue too with v11. These folders have appeared on the shared drive. When a user creates a new file it does not create a folder, but when they open it, it makes a new folder every time they open it. I have sent a message to Smart Support to try and get hold of someone to help. Did you find anything more since April last year? Thanks.

We have in house ICT team but when the school strategy project came about, we decided external help and resources were needed to help guide and drive our vision and program of developing for the next 3 years. I will not recommend our consultants just yet as the work is still on-going. Once the process is complete we plan to implement and drive the future strategy internally.

Did you manage to sort this smalls? I have a similar issue.

Love it, the size of the boxes for the products was crazy back then, a cd drive box was as big as a pc box now days!

Help Desk Software, IT Helpdesk Tool - ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus Been using this for almost a coupe of years now and it does all we need for myself and my one tech. Licence used to be £200 pa. When I went to renew today I was told that it is now free for upto 5 techs, so I would like to recommend it to people who don't have a call logging system. Even if you have, check this out anyway, I find it pretty darn good. Would not be able to do my job without it now. Enjoy.

I ordered a Sentry QE5541 Data Storage Fire Safe from Home Safes, Fireproof Safes, Chubb Yale Burton Phoenix Safe. FREE Delivery Works OK day to day and has a USB port to link to an internal USB drive which is quite cool (but sadly I have never set it up though!). Not had a fire, flood or pestilence yet, so can't tell you how good it is!
