    Bubbles in a school is so much bovine excrement. The kids get on the bus - no masks, the bubbles are broken. The kids go home, and lick their siblings, the bubbles are broken. They come back to school, and infect the rest of the 'bubble'.

    All the broadband equipment should be designed and constructed to be immune to EMI. Another of those pesky European laws we want to avoid complying with. Granted the telly probably pre-dates that.

    The downside of Ultra-short throw projectors is that if your surface isn't perfectly flat and square to the projector, distortion will be significant.

    Interesting - just been to Sainsbury for supplies for science. EVERYONE in a mask. Most social distancing, except where the layout makes this impossible (entrance/exit conflit)

    As they have been doing from Day 1. It should, by now, be obvious that we reacted late, and ineffectively. We should have quarantined anyone coming in, especially from Wuhan and northern Italy. We ARE STILL NOT checking incoming travellers, half****ed measures were introduced in June.

    At the time, the company who hired the projector to them thought that it was caused by the projector being covered due to "the excessive noise from the cooling fan". TBF, I've not heard any more about it since.

    Don't. OHPs have practically nothing in them to go wrong other than a lamp. They are also obviously hot. This was caused by art students and a data projector.

    A train? Those things all have to conform to a loading gauge, and don't vary their routes much. Not the drivers fault, but the idiot that picked the route.

    We, apparently, have a machine that produces results in 90 mins. £40 a pop though. School are also stumping up for ALL staff (inc IT) to get flu jabs.
