  7. i saw him on SkyNews this morning flapping about the tax rebates i did not catch it all but it looks like they are going down the lines of a rebate like the USA have done. Adam Boulton hit the nail on the head by saying "you are trying to buy the peoples trust back with their own money", sadly the majority of people are shortsighted and will see this as a huge positive when in fact its just status quo. 13. Thanks That makes sense to give the TA a timetable. How would we then get that to show on the students timetable who is being support? So if there are 20 kids in the class 19 of them will have Maths on their TT but the 1 student who is being support have Maths + SSP Mark
  14. Didnt 5th Gear or Top Gear i forget which, have a braking reactions test between a 21 Yr old and a 80 year old? Obviously at 60 mph to 0 the young un was quicker by a fair distance, they then gave the 21yr old 3 pints of lager (enuff to legally put him over the limit)..... He still reacted quicker and stopped in a shorter distance than the old geezer

  21. Take it as banter, we all love a good teacher bashing thread but i think if you take the techy bashing threads in good humour you will rise above them. nothing better than to laugh at the person who is slagging you off, really gets the goat

  24. Hi All I will try and explain best i can Like most schools we have Teaching Assistants at various levels who support students either in class or in a withdrawl group. For the withdrawl groups it is easy as we remove the children from a particular teaching group and create another teaching group and assign it to the TA so it appears on the students timetable as "Support" instead of "Maths" The tricky part now is we have 20 TA's who provide inclass support for students and we wish this to be reflected on the TA's timetable, without the double entry on the students timetable Is this possible? Mark
  25. I like that ;-)
