I have some of those printers and i don't have that issue when it comes to changing the toners. As well as doing a factory reset maybe do a firmware update ? Do a factory reset first and if that fails do a firmware update no point doing the latter if the a reset can resolve it.

Thanks guys for the input i am just thinking because theres not a lot of budget for ICT this year and its only used a few times a year, i might move the projector screen to a darker part of the room as a worse case scenario. Ill let the head know but i doubt he will want to tint the skylight.

If you use Adobe for graphics (Or any other suite) for publications etc or maybe even moderate video editing for the school, you do need a fairly decent machine to run them. I think you have covered most of what i would of said but if i think of anything i will add . Also your personal development certain programmes or applications that you can continue learning at home but don't think you'd need a high spec machine for that.

Hi All Just a quick query wanted to pick your brains. We have a MAHOOOSIVE skylight in our dining hall and have a projector screen on the wall. When needed have a mobile projector to wheel in and project onto the wall. Now the pictures fine when its dark outside but on a sunny day because of the skylight you cant see very well at all. So wanted some opinions or suggestions on how to go about remedying the problem. The screen probably gets used about 4-5 times a year and the skylight is pretty big so to get a screen for the skylight is out of the question. I was thinking maybe a canopy? Or maybe a better model projector the one we use is a HITACHI CP-X270 (XGA) LCD Mobile projector. Or maybe a completely different solution all together any suggestions or ideas appreciated

I, like you will probably play it from a nostalgic point of view. But anything that takes up to a 15 year gap will be so anticipated its really hard to live up to the past and as much as i want to love this game watching some demo gameplay footage i was disheartened by it. Duke Nukem is a icon to the past and if this is how games from the past get portrayed in the present maybe its best if they leave it in the past when we can look back and say its time to kickass and chew bubblegum with a smile on our faces .

Bit of longshot but a simple thing to try out install one with a PCL5 and the other with a postcript or PCL6 or just something different to the other printer might be a clash.

Anyone can buy the the student teacher (don't know about adobe direct) edition from amazon etc but its the question of activating it to make it work fully. The people that are eligible and can provide proof of there status can activate it otherwise its useless. The price on adobe is the discounted price as compared to the non student/ teacher version it retails for about that much. Hope that helps Steve. 80% cut for the latest version of the Adobe master suite in my honest opinion is a pretty sweet deal even if its roughly around 500 quid as compared to the full market value. Guys you don't have to buy it directly from adobe,amazon as well as others list it which are a bit cheaper and maybe coincide that with a gift voucher or google a promotion code to get it cheaper?
