Hi We have an ancient version of Junior Librarian from 2013, Version 3.2.2.31 Is there a way to get round the import csv from CD-Rom or shall we finally retire the software ! Thanks EDIT - I've not managed to mount the CSV as an ISO but it says the columns are not correct. Does anyone have a blank csv template please? Thanks

Not sure if anyone else has got the Bett 2020 app but actually looks OK this year. Looks like you can scan other colleagues and see who has scanned you. You can also arrange meetings with others Not found a map built into the app yet though

+1 for Netsupport School. Teacher console is nice and simple to use but has all the necessary features. Can be deployed too -
We use Sophos Central mobile to manage our fleet of iPads. Nice and simple and does the job

@dobbyit. Just noticed you are in Lancashire. I’m in Bolton if you wanted to see a live demo in a large primary school -
Hi We have a server that currently has 2x SSD with OS, and 6 x 0.5TB with data. Can I upgrade the disks 1 by 1 and retain the data or is it better to replace them all and rebuild the array. The data held is Veeam backups and not live data Thanks

I didn’t do it that way when I had 2 internet lines (1 for VoIP) I just untagged the port on the core switch the router was connected to (vlan 20). Then I just tagged all the uplinks and set vlans on the phones. That way it’s the router given out the IP Hope that helps

Impero vs netsupport vs esafe
karldenton replied to dobbyit's topic in Network and Classroom Management
Hi We have used NetSupport DNA now for several years. There is definitely no lag in internet speeds while it's monitoring. As above, the word cloud is great. Installation / deployment "just works". Any questions feel free to shout up but I'd recommend contacting them for a fully functional trial -

We use them in our sites. If you have a router on site like a Sophos XG you can use that to route VLAN traffic Internally, they do everything we need them to do -
Hi Our admin team have their own email address but also have full access over other mailboxes like Office@ etc When they change the from address to office@ it still shows their own personal sent items folder rather than in the shared one. Can this be changed anywhere? Thanks

Looking for Helpdesk software for my team
karldenton replied to m0bov's topic in Learning Network Manager
We use sharepoint. Staff email the helpdesk and using Microsoft Flow, it creates a ticket on a sharepoint list. Happy to PM you screenshots -
I agree, you have made great progress with what you already have in place. I've looked at it as an on-going project and to increase compliance over time

Good Morning Can anyone recommend a 3rd party DPO / Consultant. The contract with our current one comes to an end later this year and we will be looking to change. Ours have basically passed all responsibility back from themselves to us, in relation to SARs, Policies etc. Looking for a recommended DPO who understands education but can be the point of call for SARs / Breaches Thanks
