  1. Hi All, Has anyone ever seen this problem, i cannot get my head around it! I have Meraki MDM & Apple School Manager all syncing together apart from classes? It will add/remove users into SM > Owners but it always says 0 classes synced even though there are definitely classes in ASM. Anyone ever had this or any tips? Thanks, Mart
  2. Hi All! I am having a massive brain fart, i cannot work this out. I need a script to; add a folder to a users user area and then move folders & files into it. E: Drive----- User1- Desktop Pictures Music User2- Desktop Pictures Music User3- Desktop Pictures Music It needs to be: User1- Files- Desktop Pictures Music User2- Files- Desktop Pictures Music User3- Files- Desktop Pictures Music
  3. I think I know what you mean...if I go onto the table design view on SQL Server it says the data type is 'varbinary(MAX)'
  4. Hi all! I have a small database project going on. I will explain the background. We have recently had SALTO Door Access control fitted. It runs a SQL Server DB. When it comes to printing out ID Cards, its a LONG process of clicks and frankly when you have a year group to do - my hand gets pretty damn tired! Soooo my idea, use Access to create a small db that can print the cards quickly in bulk. I'm no SQL/Access expert but i've managed most things but one thing i cannot do is print out the users' picture. Pictures seems to be sitting in a table thats an OLE Object. I cannot seem to get it to display in either a form or report. Anyone know what I need to do, or doing wrong? After a bit of googling' it seems like I need to make a Bound Object Frame but after that i'm stuck. This will save me soooo much time and effort! Any help appreciated!
  5. Same - Odd couple but rare now!
  6. Yeh likewise, we moved from roaming and mandatory profiles (win 7) to Local profiles all round (win 10) At the end of the day SLT/SMT/Staff/Students dont care! they just want it to work! so plan carefully and make sure little if anything is affected. Redirection is key, the rest will fall into place with GPO's
  7. Ah OK, was hoping to deploy v12.5 this weekend but if I cant get hold of the installation files, it'll have to wait Thanks for the speedy reply Al.

  14. OneNote on a SharePoint share...brilliant, so flexible, so simple. Just works.
  15. I signed up within an hour or so of the original post and haven't received anything yet? Sorry, I know its a tiresome task to get through everyone! Thanks!
  16. Hi! Just wondering how you guys manage holiday requests? Ie, Do you have a shared calendar? Manual holiday form etc? Our system seems a bit long long winded. We have to request into our Line Manager, then it goes to our bursar to sign, and then to HR...then it will get signed eventually (and more than likely, you will have taken the holiday before it gets officially approved!) I'm looking for a system that I could possibly roll out to all full time support staff to eliminate all this red tape. I know sharepoint can do all that I want with workflows for approvals etc but i'm sadly not a sharepoint expert! Will be good to hear what everyone else does! Ta!
  17. I'm a Police Special Constable
  18. Yup, same here. Been going for about 6-7 years! Its a rock!
  19. I've had lollipop for a while now, its good, but my phone gets a bit laggy after a bit...I pressed the facebook chat button and took a good 10 seconds to catch up :@
  20. Wasn't being funny LosOjos What phone;/contract do you have at the moment? You also have to factor in that I would get free sub to Spotify which costs me £9.99 atm too!
  21. Are you kidding? Have you seen how much any other network is wanting? EE is something ridiculous like £50.99. I have an iPad but that rarely gets used and I dont have a mac... I keep going from Yes ill do it, to No ill stick with my M8...argggggh decisions!
  22. Hi All! First post in quite a while! Still been around, reading but sadly not posting! I have the opportunity to get 20% off a Vodafone contract. I already have an HTC One M8 on GiffGaff, nearly paid off the HTC. I pay just shy of £40 atm, works out to about £38 a month. I can get a iPhone 6 64GB with Unlim mins/txts and 7GB 4G data with Spotify Unlimited included. I get 500mins / Unlim txts and Unlimited 3G at the moment. My HTC is great and very customisable but I like the idea of the simpleness of the iPhone. Any one got any thoughts or input? Much Appreciated.
  23. Sounds silly but we have about 40 computers, so in my mind, updates will just sit there a lot of the time doing nothing. Why waste disk space? We hardly ever reformat or have new PC's....Just seems a waste of 40GB+ which will be the size of our update folder.
  24. Hi! We are doing a Migration from System Center Essentials, to SCCM 2012 R2...I dont really want to store the updates on a server, is there any way in SCCM like there is in SCE, to download the updates from Microsoft Update instead of the SCCM Server? Thanks! Mart
