I have one, they are brilliant. I would say though, my camera (and the ones ive used previously) only work well on a SD card lower than a Class 10. Otherwise it gets a bit jumpy. Hi All, Bit conflicting information I've read so far about this. I'm due to upgrade our Exchange 2010 Servers, from SP2 to SP3. Does anyone know if I have to do a AD Schema upgrade before running the install? Some people say Yes, some people say No...Anybody done this? Ta!

^ Yup, OneNote for me, so simple!

This is true, but where am I going to get the WOL script to run from? Suppose I could use a startup script to start the server when a client starts up...send a WOL Packet...hmmm! Interesting...

I have a problem, that I don't think has a solution but worth asking just in case... I have a small HP EX490 server that simply hosts files for streaming, oh and it does 1 PC Backup (which im not too fussed about)... I have a bigger server that is on for testbed stuff...I want to move the contents onto the bigger server in a VM, so I can have a bigger server to do the testbed stuff on and host the smaller server stuff... Can you time (or script/software solution) a hypervisor to come on and go off? so pausing the VM's etc...I don't think ive ever seen it done so doubt it exists... Cheers!

SNAP!!! Just about to order from GiffGaff...I had such an argument with EE, he said "If you had signal problems at home we could do something about it (money wise)" my response: "Well, im at work more than home!!"
-
Wow that's stupid! I just don't get a signal on EE at work, its crazy and im paying £40/month for the privilege, I can get £315 for my iphone and ill just pay the rest of the contract off, move to giffgaff who are cheaper, unlimited internet and I can get a signal! I can also pay extra off the phone when I want so it'll work out cheaper in the long run!

I would prefer the HTC, had a Hero years ago which was solid, but had a Sensation...which build quality was shockingly bad, but i think they have picked up their game since.

Quite simply....Getting a new smartphone, bored of my iPhone, So its either HTC One M8 or Galaxy S5, never had a Samsung phone so thats new territory! Opinions?
-
I've done it with my laptop, got a nice dual booting Win8.1 or Mac going on, it took a good solid week to get it perfect and loads of trial and errors...works well now...had to swap my Wifi card for another to get that working (but I had a compatible one in another laptop lying around!) Its a hell of a load of faff tbh!

What I take argument with, is that the person next to me on O2 inside can get full signal, full 3g, so if O2 can do it, why cant EE?...
-
Top Tip: Told to me by a Telecoms bloke, which actually works. If you cant get a signal but you know one is around (so to speak) dial a number like voicemail, this will help the phone "lock on" to the signal...it does work, I try it all the time when sitting at my desk with no signal, I do it when I know im expecting a text.
-
Just rang EE and im "RIGHT ON TOP OF THE MAST" <- Biggest Jordie accent in the world! and she gave me some lame things to try like resetting the network settings on my iphone and I just do the usual Yehhhhhh OK, knowing full well its not going to work...its nearly £600 to get out of my contract
-
Was that with EE?
-
Yeah we have a signal booster here, which is brilliant upstairs in the building but awful downstairs lol....May need to strategically move my desk upstairs lol
-
Orange Signal Booster (obviously just for Orange customers) - - - Updated - - - It says I can get 2G, texts and phone calls with 2 bars outside of the building, so the building looses 2 bars I suppose!
-
Yeah, I had that on one android phone I had but didn't work brilliantly, I think the technology has to be inside the phone...I just have to tell everyone to WhatsApp me or iMessage while im at work. Kinda Annoying!
-
Interesting, I do think the building has something to do with it, but even outside it can be so intermittent, was on the phone yesterday and had to ring someone 3 times to finish the conversation because of it cutting off!
-
iPhone 5S, so joining our WiFi gives me imessages but that's kinda not the point...

Hiya All! Don't know if anyone has ever been in this situation so putting it out there, While at work, I get no signal at all, to make a phone call or receive/send a text I have to go outside...which is pretty useless to me! This is EE who claim to have the biggest mobile network in the UK :/ (Rubbish!) Anyone ever made a complaint about signal to them? I would like to get out of my contract but don't know where I stand really...Various websites give different opinions.
