That is the issue we had and VM did not advertise or advise us of this before or during the process of subscribing to VM and after we had gone with them it was too late as tried lots , had lots of engineers out and after going through all of the different routes, the period to cancel had already been gone 3 times over so had to stay with them

Where do you get the ratings from , as in samknows / reviews or what exactly

I've had the total opposite experiences ref VM and moved to sky and been fine

@FireyRed Yikes - I updated to 2.00 the day after it was released Presume if it won't wake up, gotta disconnect power lead and re connect and power on again ( as per the article and any PC type device ) if you disconnect the power lead whilst it is on then doesn't do the HDD any good ?
