The only time I've seen this behaviour is when groups are set incorrectly in /BookingSystem/Web.config so that might be something to look at. Weird if it's working for some and not others though..
-
Yes, you can use a two-week timetable. It works off numbering the days up to 10 (so week 1 is days 1-5 and week 2 is days 6-10). p.s. also make sure you have 2 week timetable turned on in setup.

@martman2002uk Afraid not. Haven't looked at it in a while but if memory serves I tried Nick's suggestion with the hap.ad.dll and it just broke completely. We've generally just been advising staff to use this if they want read access to network files but use OneDrive or offline files if they actually want to work on stuff.

Did either of you get anywhere with this? We have a similar issue. Visibility of drives in HAP seems to work as it should and follows groups if they're set. However, staff can't write/upload to folders where their permissions are set via security group.

Thanks Nick, unfortunately I've tried all the patches I could see on Codeplex / GitHub and none seem to fix it. Which one should do it? Cheers.

Hi, On the latest version of HAP+ we're seeing issues (spotted on iPad & iPhone) where the Heading bar splits on to several lines. It's not a problem for most areas but in MyFiles the drives are hidden behind the title bar: Has anyone else found this? We've fixed it (a bit) by re-adding the following in to MyFiles\Default.aspx from an older version: $("link[media='handheld'], link[media='screen and (max-device-width: 780px)'], style[media='screen and (max-device-width: 780px)']").remove(); ...but should this be needed now or should this styling work by some other way?

Home Access Plus+ iOS App - Request For Testers
beneal replied to Stuajnht's topic in Home Access Plus+
Thanks Stuajnht. Have DM'd my email, we'd love to help with testing. There's some info on the Foldr site about using plist files with MDM which may be useful: What's new at Foldr HQ | Foldr - Free your files To be fair, if we can set the server this way then it doesn't really matter that you can't change it in the app. -
Here's what we have in hapconfig for our pool of iPads, working fine on version 10: Collect from ICT Support

Home Access Plus+ iOS App - Request For Testers
beneal replied to Stuajnht's topic in Home Access Plus+
Stuajnht, We've had a play with this today and it really is very good! Well done and thanks to all involved - It's quicker and more streamlined than any other file access app we've tried (and paid for!). Just a couple of things we've thought of before we can see ourselves rolling it out across our school: We would install the app on iPads via our MDM. We can add a .plist file to add custom config, would it be possible to create a .plist file with the server details included so this is automatically filled in for the user? If you log out, you don't get the option to enter server details again. This would not generally be an issue but while we were testing we altered the server address and discovered we were then just stuck with no way to edit except reinstalling. It's nice not having the server address there on the login page all the time but maybe something could be added, either discreetly in the UI or within the iOS Settings to edit the server details or start afresh. Thanks! -
It's a combined role, working within the ICT Support team with a focus on data. Management of our data systems is done by our senior assistant head and most of the reporting and analysis systems are in place already. This new role has been created to assist with the administration and development of these when required. The post-holder will also provide general ICT Support and help to manage our 1:1 iPad scheme. This is all in conjunction with 3 other members of the team.

HAP email notifications for room bookings not working
beneal replied to The_IT_Guy's topic in Home Access Plus+
Actually I was mistaken, emails are sent to admins individually from the booking system, but as far as ofice 365 is concerned they're sent from the staff member making the booking, so they don't get deleted. We don't use the helpdesk so I can't say what that would do. -
HAP email notifications for room bookings not working
beneal replied to The_IT_Guy's topic in Home Access Plus+
This seems to be the same for us since we moved to Office 365 - appointments are received by staff but immediately deleted. It's not too bad for us because admin emails are received ok (presumably because they're sent to a group mailbox rather than individual) but it would be nice for our teachers if anyone has a solution!
