Hi, We currently use Sophos here and I am trying to install it on a new sever and its nothing but trouble! Been looking at other cheap antivirus alternatives and was wondering what you guys use in your schools? Cheers

I went from an iPhone to a Samsung Galaxy S4, mainly for the screen size and I hate it! Apps crash, phone crashes, random memory dumps, not picking up signal, cheap build quality etc. I will be upgrading to the iPhone 6 when it comes out as at least Apple have brilliant build quality and it just works the way I expect. Its all personal choice really though as most top end smartphones these days are all pretty similar

I did the server based install as I thought that would be the best way to go, maybe I was wrong! I have and I get a successful test through it. I have also restated the service several times to no avail. Maybe a client based install would be better, does that require uninstalling it all and starting again do you know? Cheers.

Hi, has anybody ever had any experience of installing WordShark by White Space? I have it installed on the server and running on the client machines however the software bombs out on them after about a minute with an error of "error 69 Licence could not be validated" Any help would be awesome!

They don't really attempt to they try and boot from network then don't do anything, just go straight through and boot to windows. I have built one before successfully at my last school which is even more annoying! Cant figure out what it wont work!!

Hi, Does anyone use a FOG server for image deployment? I have tried to set one up and get the login screen when I put the ip address into a machine, however I cant get any machines to PXE boot. Am I missing something? I have 066 FOGSERVER and 067 pxelinux.0 set in DHCP but it still wont work!! Any help would be appreciated. Cheers.

I was wondering if you knew anything about Success Maker? When the staff or students try and run the program on the machines they get an error message of “Error: JZ006, CaughtIOException.java.net ConnectException:Connection refused. It seems like something isn't running on the server, maybe a service?? but it’s not a program I've ever used so I'm a bit stuck Any help would be greatly appreciated! Cheers,

Game looks awesome! Big fan of the show, not so much the newer episodes but the older ones are fantastic Disappointed there's no PS4 version though as I have sold my PS3 now so will have to get it for PC. Anyone else getting this game?

I'm sure you will all be pleased to know IT PASSED!! A new wiper blade and bulb was needed which they changed free of charge. So pleased as I have zero spare money left a month for car repairs.

Its a Toyota Yaris 2005 model or a granny car as the kids like to say! They never interest me, just gets me from A to B. Haven't heard anything yet, I put it in at half 9 this morning!

Tried running a single USB Cable rather than the extender setup we have now but no joy. Its really doing my head in!

its a dual core board with 3GB of RAM. Interestingly though @Techykev it is connected to a USB Extender cable, will try and move the machine to test it with just a USB cable.

Hi, I am having a problem with a Smart Board and smart notebook version 11. It is very slow to respond with a delay when writing on the board. The machine is good enough to work with a SmartBoard and I have tried reinstalling the drivers, rolling back to version 10, updating the firmware, installing extra RAM in the machine, disabling smart ink. Nothing seems to work. If anyone has any ideas, it would be massively appreciated as this has been going on for a while now and I cant for the life of me figure it out. Cheers...

Currently wear black polo shirt with the school crest, black pants and black plimsolls. Will be moving to a new school in a few weeks and it will be back to shirt and tie. Think I prefer that actually as it gives off a much better impression and I like wearing suits they arnt very practical though!

I am running Windows 8 Pro. I have installed KB2871389 and updated all my drivers but still nothing. Sounds like a firmware update is next to try, cheers. So annoying!

Hi all, Does anyone use Success Maker? This is becoming the bane of my life at the moment. Has anyone seen the error " Error:JZ2006 caught IOException.java.net connectException: Connection refused" on Success Maker before? Any help would be really appreciated. Its not allowing anyone to log in and is coming up with this error. Its a horrible program! Cheers,

thanks for the tip @Dopefish and I have tried that but it makes no difference unfortunately! I was on the EA forums and there are alot of people talking about it so im pleased its not just me and they are working on it (maybe!)

it is a great game, just a shame that the PS3 version is so buggy! Will have to let me know if the 360 version is the same.

Hi, Does anyone on here play this on PS3?? Loving the game itself (apart from being a bit easy I think!) but the new menus, especially in Manger Mode, are so laggy and slow its almost unbearable. Is anyone else having this issue?

we haven't looked at Win 8 yet, just moved to Windows 7 last summer!
