When the network I was working with only had the user name, time of login, computer name and then name of the logon server that was used as you can pick and choose what to have. But I can see your point.

I have used BG info in the past to see which servers were handling different user, https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb897557.aspx could be helpful if that is the problem, as it can show what logon server was used.

Do you have more than one domain controller? If so it could one of them be slipping up on some of the user log in requests.

Does this seem to happen at a certain time for example second lesson or the start of some lessons? If so at a guess could it be volume of users logging in at the same time causing some to get dropped and not start correctly, sorry if this is wrong just thinking out loud.

I like the idea of the iWatch, there are some cool ideas and some that could board on the side of stroking (sending your heath beet seem creepy to me). The one big draw back is the price, £300 for something that looks like the cheap £5 watches that stores sell in city centres and then the next ones is £500 up. Would I like one? Yes be cool to have. Will I ever buy one? No, if I want to know the time that what my smart phone is of and *audio gasp* my watch is for and I'm going to guess I can find apps that will do the same functions.

sorry don't know any, all I have do is when I need to replace a part I look at the part and they normal have the serial number and a replace with serial number so I just order the replace with serial number item and it seems to work fine. Sorry for not being much help.
