    If you have brought the license the keys are yours to use - i dont think they can specify that they must install it - ask for copies of your subscription and all relevant keys - failing that contact the UK license centre and ask them for them.

    1 - the kit includes three of everything, mounting plate,poe adapeter etc. 2 - yes the instant adapter will allow normal poe switches to power these!

    Any mic with a seperate lead will do and then buy the relevant lead eg XLR Fem to 3.5mm jack or 6.35mm to 3.5mm jack.
