Personally, Like what was mentioned before I would configure both ESX Hosts for High Availability. I'm pretty sure you get the functionality of vMotion with vSphere Essentials. vMotion is pretty awesome and has been a life saver for me in the past. For Disks in your array I would try and go for the 15k SAS Disks if you have the budget for them. I have used VEEAM before and i quite like this product. You can setup your servers to replicate on a differential. this will replicate any changes to your DR Cluster. I have had to use this in anger before and I think it worked quite well.

Hi Guys, Was wondering if anyone knew how to reduce the size of the WINSXS folder for Server 2008 R2 SP1. I have tried running the >dism /online /Cleanup-Image /SPSuperseed command and this didn't work. Any advice would be awesome.

Hi Thanks for that, I would install this manually but i have to do this for 750 PC's which would be a nightmare. I just wondered if there was a way to script the installation. Thanks Ryan

Hi Guys, I'm trying to automate the process of installing a new driver to my PCs. I've copied the files to a temp directory on the local C: on the PC. When I use psEXEC to run the installation it fails. When I looked at why it does this its because a window pops up saying " Windows cant verify the publisher of this software" it then gives you two options "Don't Install" or "Install anyway" Does anyone know of a way that I can get around this so the driver will install? Thanks Ryan

Hi I have seen this issue before. have you got a roll up of UPD105, 108, 118 and then 124. I believe Windows 7 SP1 fixes this issue. I also tried flushing the Local DNS of the Machine and this also seemed to work. I'm quite interested in if this works for you. could you let me know? Thanks Ryan

I have seen a similar issue to this before but this was with adobe programs. I had to make the My Settings Folder in the users home directory available offline. Hope this helps Ryan.

hi people we have HP 3600n printers on our network. we had to migrate our print servers onto another server. everything went well, but now when you print out in lack and white it prints out with a black background and white writing. i have tried updating the print drivers but still no joy

what other steps have you taken to stop this conficker because we have tried. windows updates, Windows Defender. Deleting scheduled tasks everything but seem to be infected again
