Wow, don't think i've ever come across anyone that's closed tickets without completing them! As for locking you out of your own account area, do you mean billing? if so, you'd have thought they wanted paying!!!

If you speak to frog about this they will sort you out with backing up to another server (i.e Your File Server) on your network and then you can take this off-site on tape or your preffered method.

I've been using Windows 7 for about 2 weeks now with no issues at all, yeah it idles around 800MB ram, but its got to be expected as things advance... Hate to break it to people but, we aint going to be able to run things on 256/512/1GB ram much longer!!

I've spoke to a few people I know who are on fast hosts and they haven't seen any errors. The issues pointed out by dwhyte85 don't sound promising... What errors are you getting?
-
Seconded. Using one of these for some of our internal services with custom components.

Hi Guys, I purchased a Dell 3110CN colour laser a few months ago, I turned it on today and the display no longer displays anything (just lights up) sometimes it will display random characters but usually displays nothing at all. It still prints, but im just wondering if I myself can sort this before warrantying it? Cheers

Maybe PM'ing him on here first would have been the better idea, Simon is usually pretty quick on replying to emails, just make sure he go it. Which supplier in their right mind would turn down business on purpose - especially in this financial climate ahah

FNGM - Have you ruled out the printer issue yet?
-
As mad as it sounds last i saw this it was related to either there being no default printer set or printers in the printers and faxes folder that don't exist anymore. Give that a try? HTH

Yeah the channels are near enough the same, but the VM boxes are rubbish, always having problems with the heat of the box no matter how many times I get it swapped. Cheers
-
Yeah, currently with VM but been considering moving to Sky for the TV more than anything. Cheers
