    General question why don’t private schools seem to have very good provision of exclusion units? The schools I worked in had no internal exclusion unit? All normal schools did.

    I have an issue with Outlook it opens the draft is and states 'This is the most recent version but you made changes to another copy. Click here to see the other version'. How do I sort this issue? Thanks Andrew

    How do you turn off the Office 365 Audio notification i.e. when I get a new e-mail as it is distracting in Teams calls? The end user has then Outlook ones turned off now they would like to do the same to Office 365.

    Does MS not have a numbers of security certificates for Azure/Office 365 security? Also they offer the Office 365 and ATP security centre so you can see your security score.

    I am cross that it such a 1950 response and the health care system have done such a poor job stopping the virus spreading. Should we have stopped flights to China sooner? It rubbish I can’t see family and friends we stuck at home with an 8 year child.

    Does anyone know were Adobe has removed the redact function to in Adobe Acrobat pro? This is the full version we are talking about.

    Why have Microsoft not give administrators proper permission in SharePoint why on earth do you have to add yourself to sites when you Administrator? It makes using Sharepoint and setting permissions really hard.

    Has anyone had an issue were on Sharepoint directly opening a file gives autosave access but sharing the link autosave is disabled? How have people fixed this?

    I use https://www.qustodio.com/ as it is VPN based so when Ipad goes to other place it is still controlled by me.

    Microsoft and Intel seem to have broken the way driver install. Even if I select the driver it does not work.

    I just tried the new DCH driver on an HP PRO 3500 and it tells me "This computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software." Well It the same machine and I not taken the Intel graphics off the board. I just got a new Windows version on there.

    Thanks the students were in the AD group that gets password reset I checked the Azure AD but not on site.

    Synchronised form AD I had one of my service accounts used for e-mail sending asking for a new password in Office 365.

    Any way of stopping Office 365 asking students not to loss access and wanting a mobile and other e-mail address for recovery?

    What am I doing wrong when I try and put my KMS key into AD it does not work slmgr.vbs /ipk xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx tell me that it not a valid key I just copied it form VLSC?

    I am have an issue were Intel graphics drivers are not installing by default with 1903. I am also unable to install the drivers form the Intel website as it says that the system is not up to requirements. Please could some one say how they have installed the Intel HD 620 drivers for Windows 10?
