    You can't use Chrome if you want to add attachments. They removed that ability in a recent upgrade, don't ask me why

    Can you logon to one of the client PCs look at the Windows Updates and check by the date they were installed what was installed last week . Might give you a starting point

    Can't you remove the update via wsus console

    Scan the disk for any msi files , if you find them move them to anothr drive/storage for safe keeping

    No clues in DHCP reservations , sometimes the mac address is on the unit , that might be of use

    Every so often very slow Internet access , sometimes times out, then all works fine again. Will keep an eye on things and hopefully it will stabilise.
