Windows classic.... never liked the teletubby land interface...

do your machines have onboard graphics? If so i would turn of the theams and use windows classic. that is a big speed booster. Also, image your machines once every 3 - 6 months

I personally think the mcse is worth the paper it is written on. what I learn, put in to practice every day, or as much as i can and when i can. can some one please tell me whats worth doin, because it annoys the hell out of me when people say the mcse isnt worth while.
