the reto skill can be really handy but i forget i have it more often than not and others can be litteral life savers rather than a time saver lol master "axe" is great its good to have an indestructible weapon but so much of the time its either recharging or at 30 rather than 60 damage as far as skills from beating dungeons go id say this is the usefulness order but its just my opinion zora goron gurredo rito the constellation shrines made no sense to me either any of the 3 i know of/ have found

ive got a surface pro 1. I barely use it now i actually much prefer my chromebook. If your at a table etc its fine but its a bit of a pain to use in some ways as you cant easily use the stand to prop it up on anything but a table etc so its awkward at best to use on your knee sat on the sofa say. iirc the wifi card in them is still a junky one that sometimes requires a reboot to do anything (and normally i just sent it to sleep) its also daft from what i remember to get a decent sized ssd you have to spec a more powerful cpu you cant say have an i3 and a 256/512 ssd iirc. I know its old now but my pro1 stared to become unreliable it gets very hot i think its just sucked up dust and theres no sensible way of cleaning it. I also think it worked better on windows 8.1 (not an issue on a machine designed for 10)

so anyone played a persona game? dont install windows server direct from the dvd/usb on a poweredge server. go to the lifecycle controller and install it from there it downloads all the drivers for you makes it much easier jut feed it the windows dvd when it asks for its

dead/iffy hdd sometimes it just needs diskpart run with clean or all partitions deleting. Ive found on occasion that that drive is in some way faulty also

did a few more side quests ast night/this morning and found more shrines so i now have stamina maxed out. wasted 2/3 of my ancient arrows on things i missed. Finally got over to tingle islands wonder why there are flying guardians there i cant see anything obvious. it seems to be in a thunder/rain cycle atm got hallway up a steep cliff and it started with the thunder and lightning so i just stayed there for what seemed like forever waiting for better weather and still diddnt make it to the top fell off and drowned lol. Then to be really annoying carrying a mcguffin from point a - b killed all the enemies blooodmoon rose one appeared about 2 foot infront of me dropped the mcguffin to kill him and it rolled down hill into a pool of lava rarrgghh on the plus side more korok seeds and im approaching 26% completion iirc lol and ive got loads of red chu jelly to upgrade some armour and only 20 odd shrines left

take the hard drive out/disconnect it and try itagain see what happens on pxe boot

OOT was the game that put me off zelda for years. never had an n64 but i got it free with mario kart double dash and i absolutely hated it (i really loved and still do a link to the past i think botw is the first game to come close to knocking that of my top zelda game ever but its too new to tell yet) i diddnt play another zelda game till link between worlds. Ive since completed windwaker hd, twilight princess hd and skyward sword. fwiw my zelda game rankings 1 botw/lttp 3 link between worlds 4 skyward sword 5 windwaker hd 6 twlilight princess dead last OOT id rather play spirit tracks (and ive tried again with the 3ds version and i still dont like it) havnt seen any of those in a while just their pointless archers there are some really annoying shrines but ive got to a point where after they really start to honk me off i use the book to look up as little info as possible to give me a hint as thats usually all i need. Thunderblade is good while it lasts and is pretty effective against guardians esp with one of the things you get for beating a divine beast

biggest issue with that is stamina (im all but max out just need 2 more orbs) and later in the game its not as useful. Found a load more Korok seeds while wandering arounf the start area (needed lots and lots (about 100 all told) wood for a very long multi part side quest so i just went back there and started lobbing bombs everywhere (after the master"axe" needed to recharge again lol) so currently at 92 shrines and 50 odd korok seeds iirc. Spent hours last night finding a few more shrines/bits. granted im using a map to show me where shrines are but im finding others while looking for them. i really dont get how you are supposed to open some with the info given like one i needed to do a specific thing at a specific time of day in a fairly specific place. I also no have more armor for cold/hot conditions just need stuff so its got better defense than 3(each 9 total) as my usual kit my defence is 70 odd Keep meaning to go explore the tingle islands but keep getting side tracked. Found a load of new side quests in zoras domain as i dodnt think id been back there since the story closed off that area and i went to the next bit

i hated the sand seal riding. thats the one i did last i think

and they contribute to you completion percentage and some are apparently glitchable so you cant get them from what ive seen on twitter. Out of curiosity what order did you do the beasts in it seems most people do the zora one first i think i did zora, rito, goron then gurudo

well checked my progress on botw (theres a percentage on the map that shows you but as it was next to the temp i thought it was chance of rain lol) and after over 85 hours ive hit 23.9% lol now up to 90 shrines and very few korok seeds theres no way im ever 100%ing this lol

the biggest gotcha is that its not about shooting people you can have 8 deaths and 0 kills and still be mvp its just about inking the ground (and walls dont count)

well played in the splatoon 2 testfire over the weekend that was fun still prefer using rollers. Getting into the first one was a bit of a pain just wouldnt let me start but once on was ok. The back to doing more botw (ive just abandoned ff15 even the thought that it cost me £38 and i need to get more than 90 mins out of it cant get me back into it im just glad i diddnt buy the version with dlc) done more side quests finished shrines id found but couldnt work out at the time and found more shrines so in the course of Sunday afternoon ive managed to expand my stamina wheel 3 times so i now have 160% more stamina than i started the game with mountain climbing is much less dangerous now jsut need to find the 3rd part of the climbers gear to make it faster (though most of my exploring was in snowy areas so wouldnt of helped) lol. Did find the most anime thing ever in the game though a secret mountain hotspring (its even named someones secret hotsprings)

i think its more a case of everyone seeing devices as being user owned these days rather than business(or school) owned devices, so the trend is towards "lite touch" remove your data from it but the user is the devices admin and can do pretty much what they want. I also dont think google care about people using android devices in education thats what as others have said chromebooks are for

i remember playing through it at least twice when i was younger once on ps1 once on pc and while i doubt i ever 100% it i think i did most stuff. I got it on steam a year or so ago and ive got to teh end game i just cba with the grinding i need to do to get through the caves to the final boss. again similar with 8 im sure i completed it but have pretty much 0 memory of it got it on steam and played for a few hours before giving up. got ff 6/9/10/10 2 on steam a while back as they were all cheap (i think i may of played 9 but again have no memory of it) and 15 was "cheap" on xbox at the time not started any because i knew zelda was imminent now i suspect they may end up permanently in my steam library unplayed as thinking back bar 7 i dont think ive ever really enjoyed any of the ones i have played to the point i cant remember them (bar 13 i remember playing 13/13 2 but all i remember is enjoying them i dont remember pretty much any plot) on teh plus side secret of mana has been announced for swith in japan so im hoping that comes to the west and if they do that id like to tackle chrono trigger one day i wonder if zelda has just ruined games for me for a while by being so damn good at what it does i might just have to try playing stuff so different i cant compare it

ok i tried again with ff16. Can someone please explain to me why people rave about this game? granted im only 90 mins or so in but im tempted to say its dreadful. The controls suck your 3 party members just wont shut up, i feel no desire to explore in fact ive done the main quest to a point where it says you wont be able to come back here for a while an i just diddnt care, got driven to some checkpoint saved and gave up and played daytona usa (just arived on backwards compatability) for 1/2 an hour and enjoyed that much more. Still finding it hard for anything to scratch the same itch botw did but as theres dlc coming for that and ive completed the story i dont want to play that to death so that when the dlcs out i dont care
