is a pi up to running dreamcast games even under ideal conditions? im not sure it has the oomph

if you have an mdm you can deploy it with that. for random devices i just create a web page with a link to the certificate and usually end up doing it manually with the device owner watching (or showing a sensible person how to do it (im only in most schools a few hours a week))

for as long as i can remember yes (i know my acorn electron was rf and i suspect my md and snes may of been to start with but after that yes. i was slightly shocked when i got a replacement dreamcast (mine went funny) and in the stuff that came with was an rf adapter, and in the case of the dreamcast i cant remember the last time i even used scart on that as vga was an option

the main problem with the old ones is that modern tvs dont have scart making it hard to connect them up. as to ea yeah id love desert strike or roadrash but i just dont see it happening (unless someone there wants some positive pr for a change) the fact they had to tweet that the new star wars game wouldnt have them shows you how much the game buying public trusts them these days ea sports weve added a 1 and a boatload of ways to give us more cash than you paid for the game (not as pithy as ea sports its in teh game but more accurate these days)
