Reason 0.... always a fun one. Have you tried IP address in the Connect.ini instead of server name? Reason 0 is usually a connection to SQL problem

I support 50+ schools and many have been using DM since the old version. There are a couple of things lacking in DM7 but on the whole it is a good module. Phil (Prince Phil?) says there are 2 aspects, I would say 3. 1. Recording meals. 2. Recording payments and 3. Producing reports, specifically Banking and Catering Returns, although athers are also useful. As with Beduffshirl, you are welcome to PM me also.

This is similar to a question I asked the other day. i wanted to connect my girlfriends iPhone to a Bluray USB to play music and show photos, Android, USB Stick etc. and Nano worked but the wonderful iPhone.... no chance.

This is something that crops up quite a lot. Sadly there is no way to deal with it other than tighten the security and restrict access.

It played the Nano as a Mass storage rather than as a media player, so that might work.

There are very few logs of changes by users. The only one that works well is Dinner Money. Anything else would produce some huge log files. I would have thought the fact you witnessed it would be enough.

I'm not convinced, it doesn't even recognise the iPhone as a device, whereas it did the Nano and Desire. The Sony software then takes over and plays the music or images and even uses the music as background.

The girlfriend has just bought a Sony BDP S370 Blueray Player. When I connected a Flash Drive, (Recently lost) Nano an my HTC Desire it recognised them and will play music and show photos from each. When i connect her iPhone it is not recognised. I have no experience of iPhone and she is not technical, but on my Desire there is a 'USB Connection Type' option. I'm guessing this is the problem with the phone and this setting needs changing........ how do I do this?
