Hi, We are signed up with Cyber Alert and being told by RPA we need to install a server app and supplier our membership numbers, however there seems to be no server app to download or membership number.... am I missing something or has Police CyberAlert changed? Its seem very confusing Thanks for any information anyone can provide in advance.

We use LGfL Netsweeper and teachers like to use videos directly from YouTube for relaxing music/videos for SEND, embedding seems to make no difference.

This seems to be a common thread, but I am unable to find a solution that works. We use a lot of YouTube videos in our schools for sensory etc. These videos can be very long and are often interrupted by adverts, for example a recent advert for the latest Meet the fockers. I would like to remove the ads from being displayed. I know this can be done with YouTube premium, but we are unable to use YouTube premium with Google Workspace accounts, which we use to manage YouTube content. Does anyone have any guidance or experience. We want to avoid things like Ad removers and downloaders are illegal. I have looked at the old "-" in the domain name but this seems to no longer work.

Ours is Southern Comms, and they seem to want to push us to Evonex platform. They have put it down as SV1 platform but I cant find anything about SV1 anywhere, only SV1000 and Splice Comms site seems to be down.

Anyone with a VOIP provider who is using SV1 (maybe SV1000) and been told its going EOL? Our provider (who I don't wholly trust has told us its going EOL on April 30th)

Thanks Mavhc, as I suspected. When you say old ASM to New ASM, do you mean they where able to migrate ADE machines and apps to the new ASM? Thanks Chris

Hi, I am hoping I can find some assistance with Apple School Manager and M365 Single Sign on. We currently have a single M365 tenant across the trust, but multiple Apple School Managers. Does anyone know if its possible to enable Single Sign On with multiple ASM's and 1 M365 tenant? My concern is that schools all use a single domain name across all sites, and didnt know how this would affect enabling single sign on. Chris

Hi, we have a iOS devices currently and we can only identify the device in the filtering logs and not the user and when we have 1:many devices this is not really suitable. We started looking at third party options such as solutions by Albion and Securly. However I contacted LGfL to see if we could "potentially" drop the SchoolProtect filtering part of the broadband provision as we do not want multiple filters and we were told "It is not possible to turn off SchoolProtect while still using the LGfL firewall. 3rd party filtering may be possible but will create interference ". I am fairly new to LGfL and SchoolProtect so any information or guidance would be great. Thanks in advance. Chris
