  1. Hi Ewan,I’m posting this here so others can resolve the same issue if they encounter it. After reviewing your configuration, it appears the software is attempting to install in “user context.” I changed mine to install in “device context,” but you’ll notice this option is greyed out. To fix this, we need to edit the MSI to allow installation in device context.I recommend using Orca from Microsoft, which you can download here. Orca.exe - Win32 apps | Microsoft LearnOnce you’ve installed Orca, right-click on your MSI file and select “Edit with Orca.” In the tables section, click on “Property” and search for “ALLUSERS.” If this property exists, it will likely be set to 0. Changing the value to 1 will allow installation for the device, or setting it to 2 will enable both options. If you don’t see a value for “ALLUSERS,” you’ll need to manually add it to the property table.Let me know if you need further assistance.
  2. Did you download the exe version or MSI? I am using the MSI Version and that seems to have deployed fine.
  3. Sorry to jump on an old post but does removing the ability to stop changing the user photo also remove the current photos set by students?
  4. I had issues with user matching - It would basically Loop so I could never match users and this was an issue for us since a few months earlier we changed UPNS for all students!
  5. Let's hope!! I was this having this problem last year and I have a ticket open with them since last June??? Keep receiving updates to say in testing but I have Given up hope and moved over to Locker to support Teams Creation etc etc
  6. Congratulations on bringing everything back in house… if you ever expand into the Lincolnshire area give us a shout. The role sounds amazing
  7. You could try running a startup script to set the service status to run?
  8. We currently use Netsupport Notify and it's perfect for what we need. We have templates setup which can be sent at a push of a button should we need to. To reduce cost we have only Installed it on our Staff machines.
  9. I thought it was a good price. Cheapest out of 3 quotes anyway.
  10. Hi, I believe we paid around £13,500 for the 7 panels including installation.
  11. It’s funny you mention about the line speed because the school only has 80/20. My next plan of action is to put in a Mac mini to act as a caching server to see if this helps.
  12. Did anyone get any further with this - I am also experiencing the same issue.
  13. I have just ordered x7 BenQ RE6503 65" Panels and really looking forward to getting them installed.
  14. Do you use GSuite (Google Workspace) ? If staff sign into Google using a school email address and it's linked to GSuite (Google Workspace) then it might need to be enabled in there. Does it work if you try in an In private Window.
  15. No it was renewed in plenty of time... Only thing I can think of is possibly the device was turned off for a period of time when the renewal went through.
