So I am after a bit of help. Really getting ticked off with Fusion 360at the minute!! I have installed it for our Only It teacher and it works for me as an admin. its a local install (not sccm) I have added the various websites to the "bypass proxy settings" for teachers, then forced a gp update to/on the machine he uses. i'm not sure if it takes the changes though as he doesnt have access past "settings" in chrome When our It teacher logs in and loads the software, he gets a username and password box appear, he cant type anything in it, if you cancel it comes up with check network connections. currently thinking its a firewall issue but not too sure how to change it. as in if i log into the pc locally as admin would it keep the change for other users?

We use Hesk, and created a new Subject/Category called Reprographics. Any reprographics stuff get put into a ticket and it works well for us

Should have been watching on Friday night, they were shaking quite a bit as over 900 earthquakes in 12 hours was quite impressive!

fixed, we found a setting within our SWGfL youtube settings of which we have 3 REstricted, Mostly Restricted and Unrestricted. Our Staff Policy was set to Mostly Restricted. so changed it to Unrestricted and all working. Thanks for the suggestions though

We have had 2 members of staff one wanting to watch a live youtube stream and the other wanting to watch a live recording of an event on youtube and both get a message saying 'network administrator restrictions'. We have checked their google accounts and restricted mode is off i have added the url to our SWGfL staff list (Youtube isnt filtered for staff). works fine for me as an admin (i guess it would) so i am thinking its a group policy somewhere but cant find anything to do with Youtube and the google Chrome Group policy is huge. I does the same for Edge too. Anyone Else had this and if so what settings in Group Policy did you change. Thanks

When ever i create a new collection in SCCM and assign the Task Sequence and programs/applications they dont install. Any programs and applications sit on "Waiting to Install" or "Waiting to Download". i have looked at another Collection created by someone else and check it with mine they are the same yet mine fails the other one installs. If i delete everything apart from Task Sequence and then add programs individually they install. Spent all day trying to figure this out and getting just fed up with it not working. any advice or suggestions are welcome. Thanks

Occasional gaming, Nature and Landscape Photography. Walk the dog. Recently starting to get back into Model Railways. have a smallish board with track but have started to use free software to make a decent plan then build it. downside to this is cost, UK N gauge scale is not as cheap as it used to be!!

Hi, This is an odd one! We have 1 user who is getting a few issues with Office 2021. She logs into the pc fine and then opens either word or powerpoint etc but after a day or so she has licensing issues. We have found that when she logs into office here at school its using her personal Office 365 license and not our business license. We can clear the office sign ins but this isnt the answer. We have checked groups etc and and that all looks fine, we have looked at another member of staff account to see if anything was different and its not. Any suggestions would be welcome

We had something similar a couple years ago, got out the company who we pay a support contract with and they ended up replacing the camera. was an internal one too!
