Morning, We have had some issues with OneDrive on desktop this morning for Win11 machines after an update last night, just want to see if anyone else has had the issue and if anyone has found a potential fix for this? want to get ahead of the curve before it becomes a storm. when clicking the system tray icon the OneDrive box comes up saying it is signing in and but disconnected. anyone else had this issue? thanks.

Hello, Just recently we have upgraded our Impero to V8.5.92 and since this we have had issues whenever we take over a computer where the mouse stops working, now it isnt much of an issue where the laptops are concerned due to us being able to use a USB mouse to reinstall the driver and fix it however we do not have much luck when it comes to our staff who all have Surface Go 2 where there is no USB input. Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue with impero and what have they done to solve it, do we just wait until a new version which patches this bug comes out? Thanks in advance BL

it may have to be the way forward unfortunately, its becoming a real pain at the moment. we have managed to remote on to the affected laptops and see if it was a driver issue but no joy.

Hi, We have some students that keep having the same issues with these laptops, we believe the students are doing this but we are not quite sure how and searching online seems to bring zero answers, the touchpad seems unresponsive with the DELL LATITUDE 3190 laptop and the only way we can fix this for the time being is reimaging and handing back but this is happening more frequently so I am wondering is there a function or something I can do to re-enable the touchpad then and there, this could be passed on to our teaching staff if the issue persists then. cheers, BL
