Low budget ceiling speakers + amp for large room

At that price you could always use 2 amps. -
Hhhm. Not happy with the whole network serving from a NAS. Rethink required.... Cheers @pantscat

CPC will have loads of similar products and might be cheaper. U might struggle with that amp if you're going to chain the speakers -
So I cant do this with a replicated datastore on the second host? I'm using the hosts storage rather than e.g. a SAN at present.
-
In this case it looks like it was the host that failed. Whats HA ? I presume that's with vMotion ?

It looks ok. There is a Multimix 12 model that has all the inputs you need - those front inputs are shared with Ch 1+2 on the back - no wireless tho'. EDIT... Oh. I posted that one already -

I'll be a bit of a fairweather Sunday rider tbh. I've got bored of my Nissan 350Z so its going in favour of a bike. A little Polo or something will do me for the winter -

I didn't know ART were still around. I had an ART FX unit years and years ago. It was rather sh*te. Check out Alesis. Theyre budget but I'd say much better than Behringher. http://www.alesis.com/products/view/multimix-10-wireless -

The Diversion was alright... the MT-07 looks much better tho. I'm 5' 10" so might just fit it. its an 805mm seat. Problem is that there aren't many 2nd had MT-07's around. I'd probably have to go new - £5700 with ABS. Ouch. -
Haven't been out and test ridden any bikes yet but its coming soon. Any experienced riders want to give me some suggestions what to test? I'm almost sold on a Yamaha MT-07. Maybe a Kawasaki Er6n. Did my test on a Yamaha XJ600 Diversion. That was nice. 700cc max!

I just remembered ... I had a really nice Focusrite rack channel strip that did a similar thing to this. Its was a capacitor (or small component). I did get it repaired for about 70 quid. -

Behringer are cheapo nasties. Bin it m8, or local repair shop. You might get a Yamaha or something that'll be a bit better, might last a bit longer. If its gonna be abused go cheapo. You know the score m8. -

U haven't got the compressor ramped up all the way have you. Turn all the FX off and see then ? Otherwise I'd say a bad pre-amp or a popped chip somewhere maybe. -
Hey all, Last weekend my VMWare host crashed out big time - whole network was out on Monday morning - DC's, print servers, everything. Could have been something wrong with the power in the room. Nothing in the UPS logs though! In addition to that, Smoothwall was hung, CCTV and a couple of switches hung. RAID needed rebuilding on a backup NAS. I have no idea what happened and logs don't point me in any specific direction! Nothing consistent except I suspect power problems. A full reboot sorted it, and a reboot/restore of all the guest machines. What I'm getting at is where my VMWare host is concerned is it possible to configure a 2nd host to 'hot' migrate. e.g. if Host 1 goes down, guests are in a 'hot' up to date state to take over ? I know this won't help some of the issues above but I'm planning on implementing a 2nd host at Easter and would like to do this rather than load balance. Is it possible ? We're running Esxi 5.5 Essentials plus (will be upgrading to v6 at Easter) and also using Veeam. Will vMotion do this for me ? Cheers in advance

I presume you've checked for a crackly input lead. I'd pull all the inputs out and try that, if not its probably popped a preamp or something. Is that on the L+R output or specific channels? -

Interestingly, I'm not getting this with the latest defs.
