ICT Technician – Skelmersdale - £10 -£11.50 per hour paye Temporary 8-12 weeks initially (possible to go perm) Our client, a school in the Skelmersdale area, are currently looking for an IT Technician to join their existing team. Your role will be to provide good 1st line tech skills and provide good customer service and helpdesk skills. You will be on the frontline taking on people’s problems, raising tickets, fixing what you can, and arranging the 2nd line technician to solve issues. The postholder will be responsible for providing first class, customer focused IT Support, possibly building and updating operating systems, patching, installing and configuring computers, printers, updating the Service Desk system with progress, including managing communication with users through to completion of incidents.
