Hopefully not a muppet question now that I'm retired and officially a lurker but I'm puzzled that the iPads didn't have some control feature enabled on them passcode to unlock, builtin tracking activated remote wipe enabled etc.

Perhaps consider switching from terrestrial to Hosted SIMS saves a heap of hassle and adds a lot of flexibility.

LCWS would be my choice. They have recycled a heap of redundant kit for me over the years, incidentally including such things as old TV sets all for Free. In the past I have removed HDs stripped them down, removed the platters and destroyed those and included the non-platter bits in the collection. I know the last contact I had with them they mentioned their process can now include bringing a bit of kit in their truck which will destroy platters on site if needed and they happily provide certification. Great people.

If you are signed up to Impero for the year then part of that is accessing their superb support. When I was working an Impero setup never once did I seek their support without a speedy resolution - pretty often through a remote session which actually taught me a thing or ten in the process.

Senso, Impero etc can do it for you as well.

My thoughts are that with the various updates that automatically flow to W10 60GB just isn't big enough. I have found that 128GB SSD drives speedily get 'full' and need monitoring to ensure that old data is frequently removed.

With you there @Dos_Box Tesco virtually lost my support when they abandoned our Market Town and closed their very useful food and clothing/household goods store in the Town Centre because the council refused to let them build out-of-town on Greenfield.
