Hello...

I am hoping someone out thee can help.

When generating students reports in the 'Individual Report' function in assessment manager (sims) the below issues keep happening:

• Results fields are displaying tags instead of the result

• Not all the subjects that each pupil is studying is pulling through on the report but they do have inputs for November

• The report is pulling through subjects that aren’t running this year

What have we done to rectify this?

• Created brand new reports

• Verified the templates

• Updated course memberships

• Removed the school logo as when you verify the template it says logos may affect the report

• Changed which printer the report will be sent to

None of the above has worked.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!

I have edited all of those settings and it is still happening.

They are looking at installing Office 2003 back on one machine and only run reports from there to see if that helps.

Thanks again!

Did you try saving it twice as in that linked thread?

What about making a template with only one tag, e.g. reg group for testing. If that works add a result.

I have noticed this has started happening for me too, it might have been the last release that started it. If i run reports without changing them then they will still generate however if i alter them or try to add anything then it will break the report and the tags will show. We have office 2007 and it has worked fine, I'm wondering if it is the change capita made to using signed certificates in the word macro?

Related to that why does the certificate included from capita appear to have expired a while ago.

I noticed this in a school I support.

If it happens, close the individual report, go into the word template and just click save.

Close that, save in the individual report screen and then run the reports again.

Worked without fail when it happened on several occasions.

I had a feeling it might have been when the template was saved and THEN verified, and then NOT saved again. Could be wrong on that bit though :)
