Thank you! I have edited all of those settings and it is still happening. They are looking at installing Office 2003 back on one machine and only run reports from there to see if that helps. Thanks again!

Hello... I am hoping someone out thee can help. When generating students reports in the 'Individual Report' function in assessment manager (sims) the below issues keep happening: • Results fields are displaying tags instead of the result • Not all the subjects that each pupil is studying is pulling through on the report but they do have inputs for November • The report is pulling through subjects that aren’t running this year What have we done to rectify this? • Created brand new reports • Verified the templates • Updated course memberships • Removed the school logo as when you verify the template it says logos may affect the report • Changed which printer the report will be sent to None of the above has worked. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Emma

Hi All, when using templates for marksheets some columns are read only. I have tried to untick the read only box but it doesnt do anything. Any idea on how i go about geting it unticket for editing? Thank you!

hi, its weird becuase there are 3 seperate classes all set up with the same template marksheet, 2 of the marksheets work fine with the classes coming up but one of them remains blank even though its the same template? do you want a screen shot of the marksheet itself or the template? Thank you,

Hi, We have marsheets that are set up but no class assigned to them, any idea how we assign a class to a marsheet? I seem to have tried most things i can think of but nothing is happening? Thank you!

Hi, This is really helpful - thank you! I think this is something we will use for the new academic year and set up the templates in this way. As all of our templates/marksheets are set up in a particular way there would be no point changing them all now. can I ask is there a way that you can archive all the previous years assessment data in one folder? so it is easily accessed and we know where everything is? Thank you!

I have tried that and when I add 'Class' the column doesnt populate with any data? I have tried clicking 'calculate' and refresh but that doesnt do anything either.....

Hi, Changing the result date does take us back to last years data so we have been able to use it - thank you very much. I think they way our data has been set up initially is confusing us all everything is called something different or the same thing is called by 3 different names (very confusing). Do you know that if we collect data as a whole year group we can sort this into inidvidual classes? or does it have to be set up by classes initially to collect data that way? the data we are referring to is progress coaching, target grades etc.... Sorry if i sound totally stupid!

Hi All, I hope someone out there can help! I know that there is a way with Sims where you can 'Roll back the academic year'. We are trying to find data that was for the previous year but only data from this academic year shows up. Basically we just want to go 'Back in time' to view the previous years data. ! Thank you!
