Hi all,

Not an introduction thread, but a good bye - for now. I seem to spend a lot of my time on forums at the moment, when I should and could be doing far more proactive and fulfilling things.

Those of you who have helped me, provided me with amusement, or generally conversed with me in the past 6 years, thank you.

Those of you know now know me better, please do keep in touch, and you know where I am outside of the forum if you would like to contact me for any reason.

Shalom

Oh i'll be sure to :) I might pick your brains a little about E-Safety at some point soon too - I'm a governor at a local secondary and have an interest in ways in which we can improve the knowledge of our youngsters. Ciao for now :)

:welcome: Don't worry @sucy, they'll soon add the washing machine to the list. It's a familiar story on here! :)

Hi guys, I've been using this forum for a while and have found it really helpful. I finally got round to signing up!

Hi, I'm Leon from Brooklyn. I'm a licensed NY attorney and work as a Litigation Support Project Manager. I don't have a technical background (apart from on-the-job training in Litigation discovery tools). The more I work in this industry the more I feel like I need fundamental training in IT. I just got a Groupon offer for a Cisco Network training package. I signed up for it because it was cheap but I have no idea if it is good/useful. My goal is to eventually be able to write code, e.g to write awesome queries and edit modules in MS Access

@Leonbc welcome talk about jumping in at the deep end with your training but I'm afraid it seems like you've picked the wrong sort of training with regards to your goals and Access specific training would be better.
