How to find Website ISP

I need to find out who our website ISP is, anyone have an easy way.

Find out the IP, then do a lookup on who owns the IP and go from there?

You could always do a whois lookup Whois.com - Free Whois Lookup and it will break down the registrant details and the domain name servers the site is hosted on to give you a clue. I am just curious in the sense you don't have a paper trail to look it up from the bursary officer or admin? Or is this a personal website?
