Unknown 'smartboard' manufacturer

Has anybody come across or is able to identify this brand of interactive whiteboard. We are unable to find who sold this product to us and have been passed from company to company who seem to think someone else manufactured it.

 

The pens say ‘Mimio’ on them but having sent Mimio pictures of the product they have said they did not make the product and have forwarded us to a company called Numonics who have also said they have nothing to do with this product.

I think it's mimio system, hidden under an intelliboard flap...

 

I've got something that looks a lot like it in a cupboard, i'll look out the info i've got and let you know what i find.

The second screenshot here shows the same logo as in your first photo.

 

The website seems to have been a holding page since 2005 however, so I doubt you'll have much luck in your search.

Looks like a company were packaging and selling Mimio+boards to me, so Mimio make the actual interactive stuff, but the 'surround' was added in order to add value to the package.

 

Which would also lead me to think that whoever made/sold it is probably long gone, as the market has changed considerably in the last 8 years.

 

If you can identify the specific Mimio product, they should be able to support it somewhat.

Ok... what do you need to know, I have 2 boxes with bits of a very similar model of this in it... mine are marked as a virtual ink mimio digital meeting assistant DMA-01 made variously by mimio,http://www.mimio.com virtual ink http://www.virtual-ink.com and quartet GBC ACCO Brands I think I have a whole one made up from 2 kits, with some extras. I also have a CD with some software on it and soe manuals. can any of this info help you?

We got a Mimio Free back in early 200.....s

 

It was tried once and put in a cupboard and never used again.

We've got one somewhere too... They seem to exist in the depths of ICT cupboards country-wide.

Thanks for the help all. We simply need the license code for Mimio Studio which works with this kit but only the trial version. We must previously have had a license but sadly has not been recorded anywhere. Just thought if I could find out the model it might help me find who to ask about it or where the school got the license from.
