I often get the impulse to blast out a bit of Alter Bridge to drown out the noise in the corridor.

Radio 4 Extra / Drama / Crime, preferably violent crime.

 

Failing that, comedy, but it's usually lame.

I used to put Radio 4 on, but it got a little awkward when Woman's Hour came on (office full of blokes), and especially awkward when The Archers came on.

 

I used to love using my Napster in work until Rhapsody bought them up and completely decimated their music catalogue.

I would love to have the radio on, however it seems my manager who is in the same office likes it quiet and always mutes my speakers as he walks past... hmm

Yes, we have music on in the office all the time. It's handy that we all have a similar taste, but we do play a big variety.

 

Usually it will be my 'Background' playlist on Spotify (Background by Craig A Rodway on Spotify) or something else mixed in with it, like War of the Worlds Sometimes we'll stick on some trance or Drum & Bass (more public Spotify playlists I share) as well.
